It is important to note that while Scrum is an agile approach, Agile does not necessarily mean Scrum—the agile approach to project management consists of several different methodologies.
Agile vs. Scrum: Choosing the right project approach
When we know what Scrum and Agile difference are and how they work together, we will start thinking about applying these techniques to your ventures. However, in the light of the variations between the two, whether an agile or a Scrum approach should be an issue.
